What’s included?
Registration includes the program, materials, access to lecturers’ presentations and materials, daily continental breakfast, lunch, beverages service, afternoon snacks, plus a reception with the faculty.
The National Trial Advocacy College prides itself in meeting your personal needs. We have secured room blocks at area hotels, including the new Kimpton The Forum Hotel and the Charlottesville Courtyard by Marriott. We will supply you with a list of local dining options for dinner.
CLE Credit
This course has been approved by the Virginia Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Board for 34.5 hours of live-interactive credit. In addition, registrants will be given access to a pre-recorded, on-demand session carrying 2.0 hours of Ethics credit. The staff will assist registrants in obtaining mandatory continuing legal education credit in other states; however, MCLE rules vary by state. Please be sure to consult the regulations for your state before assuming the credits will be approved. Administrative arrangements for the College are handled by Virginia CLE, with more than 60 years’ experience in continuing legal education.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests received by 5:00 p.m. Monday, December 2, 2024, will be honored for a full refund. A $500 administrative fee will be assessed for all requests made after this date. Cancellations after December 2 due to COVID complications will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and may still be subject to an administrative fee.
