KATHY L. NUSSLOCK is a shareholder in Davis & Kuelthau, s.c., in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is a trial lawyer concentrating her practice in complex civil litigation, employment law and probate disputes. She is admitted to the state bars of Wisconsin and Florida, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and the Northern District of Illinois, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Nusslock is Vice President of the Eastern District of Wisconsin Bar Association and is a member of the MBA's Technology Committee. She is on the faculty of the National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia School of Law. She is a frequent speaker on litigation and technology topics.
