• Obtained defense verdict in a Madison County, Illinois jury trial involving adverse possession claim
• Obtained trial verdict for shopping center seeking to enforce radius restriction
• Obtained trial and appellate decisions in favor of homeowners seeking to enforce restrictive easement

SECURITIES LITIGATION

• Defended securities firm as first chair trial attorney in securities case in the Southern District of Illinois Federal Court
• Obtained directed verdict in NASD arbitration for securities firm in a “selling away” case
• Successfully represented securities firm and brokers in NASD arbitration involving non-compete and tortious interference claims
